Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
- Capability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to stand or walk 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- Must be able to read and write handwritten notes

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry a plus
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun atmosphere
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Maintain responsibility for personal bank and operate credit card machines accurately
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and manage intoxicated guests
- Assess guest demeanor and alert manager when necessary
- Greet newly seated guests promptly and courteously
- Accurately take guest food and drink orders
- Maintain thorough menu knowledge and answer questions about food and drink items
- Enter orders into Micros system quickly and correctly
- Ensure proper food presentation and deliver trays to appropriate sections
- Work efficiently following full hands in, full hands out policy
- Assist in party setup and breakdown, bussing and resetting tables
- Support other team members as needed
- Manage all sales on personal Micros key and complete station side work
- Participate in incentives and contests to drive sales
- Follow portion control guidelines to manage costs
- Check back with guests for satisfaction, maintain drinks, clear clutter and respond promptly
- Keep station clean and set up or take down tables as needed
- Maintain positive working relationships to promote team morale and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm
- Operate Micros system for transactions and cash handling
- Read and communicate in English
- Listen and communicate orders and needs with guests and team members
- Adhere to dress code and maintain professional appearance
- Must be at least 18 years of age
