Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but optional
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information to customers and team members
- Ability to add and subtract two and three-digit numbers and perform these operations using units of American money
- Ability to operate computer point-of-sale system
- Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
- Food Handler Certification required
- TABC Certification required

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests
- Make guests feel comfortable and cared for
- Answer questions about food, beverages, and restaurant services
- Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Prepare final bills, present checks, accept payment, process credit card charges, or make change
- Perform side work as required at the start and end of each shift
- Monitor dining experience to ensure guest satisfaction
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and communicate feedback to managers
- Assist fellow servers
- Obtain strong working knowledge of the menu by completing server training
- Work 1-2 Food Runner shifts per week
- Attend all scheduled team member meetings
- Must be at least 18 years old
