Job Requirements
- One year full-service serving experience
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- strong communication skills
- ability to collaborate with both front and back of house staff
- willingness to learn the POS system and menu details
- energetic and personable demeanor
- capable of maintaining composure during busy periods
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of full-service serving experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including days, nights and weekends
- excellent salesmanship skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- positive and upbeat attitude
- knowledge of POS systems preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide extraordinary customer service
- maintain composure and efficiency during busy times
- team player who works well with both front and back of the house staff
- become knowledgeable about our POS system
- become a menu expert and be able to talk about all food and drink offerings
- have a welcoming, positive and upbeat attitude
- assist with maintaining a clean and well-stocked service and dining area
- ability to assist with nightly closing procedures
