Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality full service or senior living preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
  • availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
  • willingness to undergo background check and health screening

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepare food items and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
  • clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
  • communicate effectively in English with residents and staff verbally and in writing
  • demonstrate good judgment problem solving and decision making skills
  • follow all health safety and sanitation regulations
  • provide friendly and courteous service to all residents
  • participate in team meetings and training sessions
