Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
ability to communicate effectively
ability to use Point of Sale systems
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
basic math skills
friendly and approachable personality

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
teamwork and collaboration skills
ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Efficiently managing assigned table section including the pace and experience of each guest following hospitality standards
making memorable first and last impressions
proper use of all Point of Sale equipment
using food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations
anticipating needs, processing guests orders, and taking payment in a hospitable, timely manner
