Job Duties
- Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations
- Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and answer their questions
- Guide guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders and processing payments
- Understand restaurant seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas
- Deliver food promptly within the restaurant
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
