Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to operate Micros system accurately
- able to work flexible schedules including days, nights and weekends
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand or walk 100 percent of the shift
- able to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
- read and write handwritten notes
- comply with dress code requirements
- maintain professionalism consistently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience advantageous
- ability to operate Micros point-of-sale system or similar technology
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- understanding of sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- reliable and team-oriented attitude
- strong attention to detail
- ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through a combination of food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and suggest corrective actions
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- maintain personal bank and ensure financial transactions are accurate
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication
- assess guest demeanor and report concerns to manager
- greet newly seated guests promptly and warmly
- accurately take food and drink orders
- maintain thorough understanding of menu items and preparation
- enter orders into Micros system quickly and correctly
- ensure food is properly garnished and deliver trays to tables
- work efficiently using "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- bus and reset tables
- assist other team members as needed
- manage sales on personal Micros keys and complete station side work
- participate in incentives and contests to drive sales
- follow portion guidelines for cost control
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back and maintaining drink levels
- keep station clean and set up/break down station tables
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- communicate effectively with guests to promote enthusiasm
- operate Micros system and handle financial transactions correctly
- read and communicate in English
- listen carefully to guests and communicate verbally and via Micros system
- maintain proper dress code and professional appearance
- be at least 18 years old
