Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours
- capability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multi-task and work within a team
- basic knowledge of POS systems
- friendly and approachable demeanor
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- promptly collect and deliver food orders
- ensure guests are well attended to, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
- deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
- adhere to all food safety regulations
