Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- capacity to exert well-paced mobility for extended periods
- ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks
- adherence to hygiene and safety protocols
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role is an advantage
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly
- take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- process payments and manage cash handling procedures
