Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a server or food service role
- Valid ServSafe Certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Preferred: 1-3 years of hospitality industry experience
Job Duties
- Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and posture in accordance with the company’s dress code policy
- Greet guests warmly, maintain friendly and engaging dialogue, and provide prompt and courteous service throughout their visit
- Set, reset, and maintain table settings and dining areas according to property standards
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system accurately, and process payments using appropriate methods
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, liquor brands, beer and wine selections, non-alcoholic beverages, and garnish standards
- Understand and follow proper table, seat, and section numbering as well as table setup standards
- Adhere to all cash handling and credit card processing policies and procedures
- Complete daily opening, running, and closing side work assignments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all front-of-house (FOH) areas, including sweeping, mopping, bussing tables, and resetting as needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members to provide seamless service and support throughout the shift
- Follow all company safety and sanitation protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
