Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information on specials and menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- Ensure guest dining areas and touch points are clean and sanitized
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues efficiently and courteously
- Process payments accurately and thank guests for their patronage
