Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- at least six months of related serving experience
- ability to interact with public and coworkers in a friendly and outgoing manner
- ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds
- ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform job functions
- ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- frequent immersion of hands in water and water diluted with chemicals

- experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
- ability to interact friendly and enthusiastically with guests and coworkers

Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders
- enter orders quickly and in proper sequence
- serve food and beverages to guests in assigned sections
- coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely food service and quality
- maintain table appearance by pre-bussing and removing clutter
- present check for payment and provide change
- follow company customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies
- keep service station clean and organized
