- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year server experience in fast-casual restaurant industry
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications as per state requirements
- Ability to communicate verbally in Spanish
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Physical ability to withstand restaurant environment demands
- Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills
