Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of serving experience in an upscale, full-service or fine dining restaurant
  • must possess a valid California Food Handler's Card
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 25-30 lbs
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of serving experience in an upscale, full-service or fine dining restaurant
  • excellent communication, multitasking, and guest service skills
  • professional, polished appearance and demeanor
  • strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge preferred
  • must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining grace under pressure
  • availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must possess a valid California Food Handler's Card

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional, professional service to guests, anticipating their needs throughout their dining experience
  • possess a thorough knowledge of food, beverage, and wine menus to make thoughtful recommendations
  • accurately take guest orders and input them into the POS system
  • serve all items according to presentation and timing standards
  • collaborate with hosts, bartenders, runners, and management to ensure smooth service
  • handle guest concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations
