Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous server or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or server role preferred
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling payments and tips
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant
- Provide attentive, friendly, and safe service throughout the dining experience
- Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar
- Educate guests about menu items, including wine and fresh ingredients
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the dining area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Handle guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally
