Job Duties
- Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance
- serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures
- prepare cold food items such as salad dressings and fruit trays
- follow sanitary regulations at all times
- provide platinum service with each dining experience
- set up meal trays, food carts, and dining room with utensils and condiments
- assist in checking resident trays before distribution
- deliver food carts and trays to designated areas
- pour hot and cold beverages for residents
- assist residents with container and condiment opening
- pay attention to resident and guest needs during dining
- prepare and deliver snacks for community events and parties
- bus tables during and after meals
- stock food and supplies properly
- clean storage areas and follow daily cleaning tasks
- provide support services to other dining rooms during events and activities
- attend training and employee meetings as directed by supervisor
