- Obtain local permits and licenses required for serving alcohol
- Reliable transportation to work

- Ability to handle money responsibly, accurately and efficiently

Job Duties
- Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
- Operate within the Rafferty's Teamwork Service System at all times
- Be ready and willing to assist guests, management and fellow associates as instructed
- Assume 100 percent responsibility for our guests' quality experience
- Project an outgoing and friendly personality at all times
- Able to work in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, equipment usage and service standards
- Be prepared to exhibit and communicate complete knowledge regarding all products and services
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of products and supplies to assure efficient service
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including dining room and guest areas
- Handle, store, label, date and rotate all products properly and consistently
- Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
- Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
- Assist in maintenance, cleanliness and or other duties as assigned
- Follow procedures for opening, closing and on-going cleanliness
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
