Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
  • Operate within the Rafferty's Teamwork Service System at all times
  • Be ready and willing to assist guests, management and fellow associates as instructed
  • Assume 100 percent responsibility for our guests' quality experience
  • Project an outgoing and friendly personality at all times
  • Able to work in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, equipment usage and service standards
  • Be prepared to exhibit and communicate complete knowledge regarding all products and services
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of products and supplies to assure efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including dining room and guest areas
  • Handle, store, label, date and rotate all products properly and consistently
  • Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
  • Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
  • Assist in maintenance, cleanliness and or other duties as assigned
  • Follow procedures for opening, closing and on-going cleanliness
