- Previous customer service experience of at least 6 months

- Previous customer service experience of at least 6 months
Job Duties
- Demonstrates the ability to courteously serve all residents and their guests and answer any dining related questions
- Offers specials and completes the order by asking appropriate questions to the customer in order to make their meal complete
- Maintains dining room and work areas in a clean and orderly manner at all times according to department standards
- Handles all glassware and silverware in a safe and sanitary manner and resets table according to procedures
- Assists other departmental staff with assigned duties and training with or without verbal requests
- Performs duties in an independent manner with minimal need for direct supervision
- Makes suggestions for improvement in food and service and participates in mandatory and regular meetings
- Works harmoniously and cooperatively within a team structure
