Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- must be able to stand and move for extended periods
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- must comply with health and safety standards

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service by providing safe, friendly and attentive dining experiences
- guide guests through menu options and offer recommendations on food and wine
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation within assigned areas
- process guest orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely service
- handle guest concerns or complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
- contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant
