Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
able to work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends
capable of standing or walking 100% of the shift
able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
able to work in noisy and fast-paced environment
able to read and write handwritten notes
able to reach, bend, and stoop frequently

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous
strong communication skills
ability to operate point-of-sale systems
knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus
capability to work in a fast-paced environment
attention to detail and accuracy
team-oriented mindset
ability to follow company procedures and policies

Job Duties

deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
adhere to sanitation procedures
maintain personal bank and handle financial transactions accurately
follow alcohol awareness procedures
assess guest demeanor and report when necessary
greet and seat guests promptly
accurately take guests' orders
maintain thorough knowledge of menu items
enter orders into Micros system efficiently
ensure proper food presentation and delivery
work quickly and efficiently adhering to company philosophy
assist in party setup and breakdown
bus and reset tables
assist team members as needed
manage personal sales and station side work
participate in incentives and contests
follow portion guidelines for cost control
ensure ongoing guest satisfaction through timely service
keep station clean and properly set up
foster cooperative and harmonious working relationships
communicate effectively with guests and team members
demonstrate ability to operate Micros and complete financial tasks
adhere to dress code and professional appearance
be at least 18 years of age
