Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends
- capable of standing or walking 100% of the shift
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to work in noisy and fast-paced environment

- able to reach, bend, and stoop frequently

- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- maintain personal bank and handle financial transactions accurately
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and report when necessary
- greet and seat guests promptly
- accurately take guests' orders
- maintain thorough knowledge of menu items
- enter orders into Micros system efficiently
- ensure proper food presentation and delivery
- work quickly and efficiently adhering to company philosophy
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- bus and reset tables
- assist team members as needed
- manage personal sales and station side work
- participate in incentives and contests
- follow portion guidelines for cost control
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction through timely service
- keep station clean and properly set up
- foster cooperative and harmonious working relationships
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- demonstrate ability to operate Micros and complete financial tasks
- adhere to dress code and professional appearance
- be at least 18 years of age
