Job Requirements

- previous food service experience preferred
- excellent communication skills

- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical stamina for standing and moving during shifts

Job Duties
- Describe menu and daily specials
- take orders
- serve food
- ensure customers have everything they need
- coordinate entire station
- communicate front and back-of-house personnel
- process guest orders
- ensure timely and proper preparation
- observe diners for satisfaction
- respond to additional requests
- determine when meal is completed
- ring up bills
- accept payment or refer to cashier
- assist bus person with stocking and resetting dishes and silverware
- clean and reset vacated tables
