Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 6 months of customer service experience
Availability for part-time weekend and evening shifts
Ability to follow safety and sanitation rules
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Courteous and friendly attitude

Job Duties

Serve residents and guests courteously and answer dining related questions
Offer specials and complete orders by asking appropriate questions
Maintain dining room and work areas clean and orderly according to standards
Handle all glassware and silverware safely and reset tables properly
Assist other staff with assigned duties and training independently
Make suggestions for food and service improvement and participate in meetings
Work harmoniously and cooperatively within a team, supporting resident functions and promotions
