Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- capable of sustaining well-paced mobility for shifts lasting up to four hours
- able to lift and transport items weighing up to 25 pounds frequently
- willing to adhere to hygiene and safety protocols including wearing protective coverings
- available for flexible work schedules
- committed to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- ability to remain friendly and professional under pressure
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and create a welcoming environment
- make menu recommendations based on guest preferences
- accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff
- ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests
- monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- adhere to all health and safety regulations during service
