- Experience in point of sale systems preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle physical activity throughout shift

- Minimum age of 21 for locations that serve alcoholic beverages
Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately upon arrival and acknowledge at departure
- Assist with guest seating using proper order and rotation procedures
- Suggestively sell menu items to achieve guest check average targets
- Accurately enter orders on point of sale system
- Prepare beverage orders and some appetizers, salads, and desserts
- Check orders for completeness and presentation
- Deliver food and beverages timely and in accordance with standards
- Attend to guests promptly and courteously throughout dining experience
- Address guest complaints and requests promptly and courteously
- Handle cash, credit card, and discount transactions accurately and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Complete required side-work including deep cleaning
- Follow Denny's brand standards and internal policies
- Assist other service personnel as needed to ensure total guest satisfaction
