Job Requirements
- Meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- at least 6 months of closely related serving experience
- demonstrate ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
- ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform job functions
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and correspondence
- frequently immerse hands in water and chemical solutions
- follow customer service guidelines
- comply with adult beverage and cash handling policies
- keep stations clean
- set up and break down tables
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- comply with Hyatt standards and regulations
- comply with certification requirements including food handlers safety
Job Qualifications
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages

- experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred

Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders
- enter orders quickly and in proper sequence
- serve food and beverages to guests in assigned or other sections
- coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and food quality
- maintain cleanliness of stations
- set up tables before service and break down tables afterward
- uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- comply with Hyatt standards and food handlers safety certification requirements
- follow adult beverage and cash handling policies
- provide excellent customer service
