Job Requirements

Must be of legal age according to state regulations to serve alcohol
must be able to pass team certification yearly
ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch
ability to lift products weighing up to 20 pounds
effective communication skills
ability to maintain a professional appearance
willingness to work long hours and weekends
adhere to health and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

Prior server experience
knowledge of food and beverage preparation
ability to sell alcohol and food items
capable of using computer systems for order entry
strong customer service skills
ability to work long hours including weekends and holidays
ability to follow alcohol service laws and policies

Job Duties

Sell and serve food and drinks in a professional manner
serve three to four tables as determined by management
have complete knowledge of restaurant's food and beverage preparation
use a computer to ring orders on a check
interact with guests in a friendly, fast and hospitable manner
accept different types of payment and make change
maintain cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
clear and reset tables
check identification of guests to ensure legal drinking age
observe guest behavior when serving alcoholic beverages and offer a taxi if necessary
report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene
