Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong team orientation and willingness to learn
- Previous experience preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a front-of-house restaurant role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and customer focus
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to kitchen and bar staff
- Assist guests with menu choices and provide detailed information on menu items
- Ensure a clean and organized dining area and reset tables quickly between guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints or issues professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and management staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
- Process payments and balance cash register at the end of shift
