Job Duties
- Takes guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
- serves food and beverages to guests promptly ensuring all items meet company standards
- communicates professionally with guests to determine needs and assist with menu selections
- describes menu items accurately demonstrating knowledge and quality
- inputs orders accurately into the POS system
- pre-bus tables and assist with approved side work
- practices safe food and beverage handling and cleans up
- handles guest complaints effectively involving management when necessary
- interacts and communicates with guests to put them at ease
- assists in other job categories as needed
- performs all other duties as assigned
