Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Availability to work flexible schedules
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

  • Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
  • Detail oriented with multitasking ability

  • Proficient in computer skills particularly POS systems
  • 0-2 years related restaurant experience
  • Knowledge of restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures

Job Duties

  • Take guest orders using menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
  • Serve food and beverages promptly ensuring quality and timeliness
  • Communicate professionally with guests to determine needs and assist with menu selections
  • Describe menu items accurately and promote new products and promotions
  • Input orders accurately into the POS system
  • Pre-bus tables and assist with approved side work
  • Practice safe food and beverage handling, clean up, and handle food prep equipment safely
  • Handle guest complaints effectively and involve management when necessary
  • Interact with guests to provide a comfortable dining experience
  • Assist in other job categories as needed
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
