Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in hospitality, full-service restaurant, or senior living preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prepare and serve food according to scheduled time frames
- Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time shifts
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness in food service areas
- Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to prepare and serve food according to guidelines
- Prior experience working in senior living or hospitality environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach when interacting with seniors
Job Duties
- Prepare food items and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
- Clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations in food service areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock supplies as needed
- Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance residents’ dining experience
