Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a server or similar role
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- Knowledge of menu items and the ability to describe them to guests
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of our quality menu items
- Passionately delivering accurate orders while partnering with other team members to ensure all our guests feel at home
- Providing friendly, well-paced and attentive service
- Creating guest loyalty by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs
- Handling guest concerns and feedback professionally and promptly
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
