Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years restaurant experience in a high volume environment
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and billing transactions accurately
- Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Familiarity with property amenities and multiple restaurant offerings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years restaurant experience
- Experience in high volume restaurant environment
- Good food and service knowledge
- Extensive wine knowledge
- Pleasant personality
- Excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Interact with guests to take drink and food orders
- Communicate with kitchen for food ordering
- Ensure prompt delivery of food to the guest's table
- Have working knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and food served at the property
- Suggest pairings of food to wine or beer
- Handle all checks and cash according to procedures
- Ensure cleanliness of restaurant including polished flatware, clean glassware and plates
- Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants
