Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state regulations
- ability to pass yearly team certification
- prior server experience
- possess a state health and/or alcohol compliance card
- capable of working long hours, including weekends and holidays
- able to stand and move continuously throughout shifts
- strong communication skills
- must maintain neat, clean uniform and personal hygiene
- willingness to comply with safety and ethical standards
- ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced restaurant environment

- Prior server experience
- knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- ability to sell alcohol legally

Job Duties
- Sell and serve food and drinks in a professional manner
- serve three to four tables as determined by management
- maintain complete knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- sell alcohol and food items responsibly
- use a computer to ring orders on a check
- interact with guests in a friendly, fast, and hospitable manner
- accept different types of payment and make change
- maintain cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant through side work
- clear and reset tables
- check guest identification for legal alcohol consumption
- observe guest behavior and offer transportation alternatives if necessary
- treat all guests to ensure complete satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations
- report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed personal hygiene
