Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state regulations
  • ability to pass yearly team certification
  • prior server experience
  • possess a state health and/or alcohol compliance card
  • capable of working long hours, including weekends and holidays
  • able to stand and move continuously throughout shifts
  • strong communication skills
  • must maintain neat, clean uniform and personal hygiene
  • willingness to comply with safety and ethical standards
  • ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Sell and serve food and drinks in a professional manner
  • serve three to four tables as determined by management
  • maintain complete knowledge of food and beverage preparation
  • sell alcohol and food items responsibly
  • use a computer to ring orders on a check
  • interact with guests in a friendly, fast, and hospitable manner
  • accept different types of payment and make change
  • maintain cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant through side work
  • clear and reset tables
  • check guest identification for legal alcohol consumption
  • observe guest behavior and offer transportation alternatives if necessary
  • treat all guests to ensure complete satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations
  • report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed personal hygiene
