Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- have the ability to communicate effectively
- commit to delivering excellent guest service
- be able to stand and move for up to four hours at a time
- be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds safely
- wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
- frequently wash hands with disinfectant
- follow all health and safety policies
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years old
- possess strong communication skills
- demonstrate commitment to providing excellent customer service
- ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- able to stand and move for extended periods
- previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred but not required
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression
- make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- anticipate and meet guest needs throughout their dining experience
- safely transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room and kitchen
- maintain cleanliness and adhere to hygiene and safety protocols
- communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- wear protective coverings and follow health guidelines during shifts
