Job Requirements
- must have legal authorization to work in the United States
- high school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings, middays, and evenings
- ability to perform physical tasks related to restaurant service
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
- reliable and punctual
- experience in the restaurant industry is an advantage
Job Qualifications

- previous experience working as a server preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service
- promote positive public relations by maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment
- be aware of guests' needs and make their experience pleasurable
- demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- assist other servers to ensure outstanding guest service
- perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- follow safe work practices and report equipment or facility problems to management
