- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- present menu options and provide detailed knowledge about food and wine selections
- take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff
- deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations
- handle guest concerns and requests in a professional and timely manner
- process payments and thank guests for their patronage
