Job Duties

Maintain community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
Adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards
Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards
Demonstrate serving standards of speed, accuracy and efficiency
Set tables and maintain workstations in order
Take orders and provide service courteously
Answer questions about menu items
Clear dishes and assist with dishwashing
Serve customers using proper etiquette
Promote an inviting dining atmosphere
Ensure diets are served correctly per policy
Represent community warmly
Support culture driving top-line revenue and occupancy
