Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older
Able to work assigned schedule including part-time or full-time shifts
Reliable transportation
Ability to work well with others
Ability to follow directions accurately

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in customer service or food service roles advantageous

Willingness to learn and perform multiple front-of-house duties

Job Duties

Administer the seven steps of service to every guest
Act as cashier, server, hostess, or drive-thru operator as assigned
Retain comprehensive menu item information and updates
Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation standards
Ensure safety, security, and compliance with company policies
Provide excellent guest experience by demonstrating hospitality and professionalism
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
