Job Duties
- Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival
- have comprehensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- answer guest questions regarding food, beverages, allergies, item availability, and policies
- follow all steps of service and provide polished service at guests' pace
- maintain engagement and positive presence in assigned sections
- assist team in various tasks such as answering phones, seating guests, refilling and clearing tables, running food, and completing side work
- complete opening and closing side work including dining room setup and breakdown
