High school diploma or equivalent
availability to work nights and weekends
capable of standing and walking for extended periods
ability to work both full-time and part-time schedules
willingness to perform delegated tasks
excellent customer service skills
ability to maintain eye contact and attention in assigned sections

Job Duties

Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival
have comprehensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients
answer guest questions regarding food, beverages, allergies, item availability, and policies
follow all steps of service and provide polished service at guests' pace
maintain engagement and positive presence in assigned sections
assist team in various tasks such as answering phones, seating guests, refilling and clearing tables, running food, and completing side work
complete opening and closing side work including dining room setup and breakdown
