Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- commitment to providing excellent guest service
- ability to exert mobility for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- willingness to follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective coverings and handwashing
- availability for flexible work schedules
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- greet and serve guests with friendliness and professionalism
- make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout their dining experience
- accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service
- handle guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently
