Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum 1 year of experience as a server or in customer service
ability to stand for extended periods
must be 18 years or older
availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
basic proficiency with mobile apps or scheduling software
strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
excellent communication skills
ability to work collaboratively within a team
strong customer service orientation
knowledge of food safety practices
basic math skills for handling payments
ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

Demonstrating strong knowledge of our quality menu items
passionately delivering accurate orders while partnering with other team members to ensure all our Guests feel at home
providing friendly, well-paced and attentive service
creating authentic connections with Guests
ensuring an organized and clean work environment
assisting in training new team members
handling guest concerns professionally
