Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- capable of standing for 8 to 12 hours per shift
- ability to work with attention to detail and multitask
- prepared to comply with food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or customer service roles advantageous
- ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English
- strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- capable of multitasking and working effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and correctly input them into the POS system
- promptly pick up and deliver food orders
- ensure customer satisfaction by offering drink refills and removing unused items
- deliver and settle bills in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety standards
