Job Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages and 21 to pour
food handling certificate where applicable
certificate in alcoholic awareness program where applicable
two (2) to three (3) years of experience as a server
basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
strong communication and teamwork skills
strong organization and time management skills

Job Qualifications

Two (2) to three (3) years of experience as a server, Fine Dining experience preferred
food handling certificate where applicable

able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees

Job Duties

Provide a high level of customer service at all times
anticipate resident's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
maintain complete knowledge of restaurant(s) operations, proper table set-up and dress code of the restaurant(s)
work closely with the Food & Beverage Director and/or General Manager to keep residents satisfied with food and beverage programs
set tables in accordance to Coterie standards
serve residents and guests meals and beverages as requested
maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons and drunk driving
