Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
at least one year of experience in hospitality full-service or senior living preferred
ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing
ability to stand for extended periods
must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends
physical ability to lift and carry food trays
willingness to comply with company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality full-service or senior living preferred
ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
good judgment problem solving and decision-making skills
team player with customer service focus
knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred

Job Duties

prepare food items and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
communicate effectively in English with residents and staff
demonstrate good judgment problem solving and decision-making skills
adhere to hygiene and safety standards
assist with set-up and tear-down of dining areas
provide friendly and attentive service to residents
