Job Requirements
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Employment certificate or permit required for applicable individuals
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at an intermediate or advanced level
- Physical stamina necessary for constant activity
- Availability to work the 11am to 7pm shift with every other weekend
- Compliance with safety restrictions for individuals under 18
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Employment certificate or permit required for applicable individuals
- Prior customer service experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Physical stamina necessary for constant activity
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service, hospitality, serving, or restaurant environment desired
Job Duties
- Provide restaurant quality table service
- Assist with ensuring the health and well-being of residents
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and supervisors
- Perform duties in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Collaborate with team members and support cross-training for cook responsibilities
