Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar server or customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety practices
Ability to work well within a team
Basic math skills for handling payments

Job Duties

Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
Suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
Pick up and deliver food orders in a timely manner
Ensure the customer is well attended, offer beverage refills, and clear unused items
Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
