- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum one year experience as a server in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications as per state requirements
- Ability to speak Spanish verbally with crew
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills
