Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capable of standing for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to multitask and work with attention to detail in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- attention to detail
- prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- familiarity with POS systems is beneficial
Job Duties
- welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- pick up and deliver food orders in a timely manner
- ensure customers are well cared for, offer refills, and clear unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
