Job Duties
- Delivers food and drinks to guests using Applebee's team delivery
- interacts verbally with all bar guests creating a friendly and upbeat environment
- greets guests, answers questions, makes suggestions regarding food and drinks
- completes assigned opening and closing side work
- presents guest checks and processes payments accurately
- relays food orders to kitchen via point-of-sale system
- serves alcohol according to laws and company policies
- participates in clearing and resetting dining room tables
- observes guests and anticipates their needs
- maintains a clean and organized work environment
- explains and demonstrates usage of tabletop electronic devices
- drives sales through suggestive selling
- writes and repeats guests' orders to ensure accuracy
- accommodates special needs such as booster chairs and high chairs
- may serve in host/hostess or carside to-go server roles
- performs general utility functions as requested by management
