Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus
- organized and able to multitask
- beer, wine and liquor knowledge is a plus
- energetic and friendly
- ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- maintain a positive and professional approach to coworkers and customers
- ability to work flexible shifts and schedules inclusive of weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Make menu suggestions and upsell
- listen to orders and direction
- accurately take orders and enter them into the POS
- identify that dishes are plated correctly
- garnish foods and position them on tables for visibility and accessibility
- perform expo tasks such as dessert making and ticketing orders
- carry multiple dishes at once
- anticipate needs in a hospitable and timely manner
- collect payments and keep a cash drawer accurate
- complete side work and restock supplies
- clean and reset tables after guests finish dining
- perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, tidying server station, taking out trash, and checking/tidying bathroom
